After nearly two decades in residential design and construction, I've learned that the most beautiful spaces aren't just about perfect finishes—they're about understanding how life unfolds at home.
My gift lies in defining possibilities of a space, often revealing solutions my clients never imagined possible. Whether it's reimagining a kitchen that becomes the heart of your entertaining or creating a bathroom that feels like your personal spa retreat, I bring intuition for reading both spaces and the people who inhabit them.
With my background in Construction Management and Interior Design, plus my NCIDQ certification, CID, and UDCP credentials, I translate vision into reality. From space planning and kitchen remodels to complete custom homes, I specialize in creating soulful spaces for thoughtful homeowners who understand that home isn't just where you live—it's where life happens.
I'm drawn to down-to-earth clients who love entertaining, value quality craftsmanship, and want their homes to reflect their authentic selves. As an award-winning designer recognized by ASID, NARI, and NKBA Minnesota Chapters, I serve as your advocate from strategic design planning through implementation alongside your contractor. For items that we are procuring on your behalf, we will track and manage product fabrication and schedules along the way. When the time is right, we coordinate deliveries, wallpaper installation, window treatment installation, and add the final touches that reflect your personality and how your family lives
Installation
We will partner with your contractor and subcontractors to have a kick-off meeting and ensure your vision is executed throughout the construction process. With a background in construction, every detail is just as important to us, as it is to your contractor. We often attend site visits during construction milestones to aid in decision making and oversight of yourdesign detail.
Design Management
With a plan in place, we get busy adding in more detail for cabinetry elevations, material and fixture selections and sometimes review these selections in a 3D environment. If furniture and finishing touches are also a part of your project scope, we will specify furnishings, rugs, art and accessories, and window treatments to continue to build the story.
Design Development
We redesign your space to meet your needs, goals and how you live your life in your home. This often includes creating drawings of your current space, proposed solutions and layouts, furniture layouts and notes for adjustments to walls, flooring transitions, mechanicals or electrical that could be made. We then review with you and come up with our final proposed strategy and design.
Conceptual Design
Every project begins with a discovery call to learn more about your project goals, timeline, ideal investment range and discussion about our process. If we're a good match, we book a time to meet in your home and dig into the details further. Upon presentation and signing of our Design Agreement, we hop wholeheartedly into the design phases and officially start working on your project.
