Not every project needs a full scope of work. Sometimes you just need an expert in the room to help you get unstuck.
In a Design Consultation, you bring your questions, your pain points, and your half-formed ideas — and I bring 20+ years of design & construction experience to help you get clear on what to do next. Whether you want to validate a direction, get help with a specific challenge, or just figure out where to start, one conversation can give you the clarity to move forward with confidence.
Two-hour minimum.
Most real estate agents can tell you what a home sold for. I can also discuss what it would cost to fix the layout, what the bones are worth, and whether that kitchen remodel will actually recoup its value.
As both a licensed Minnesota real estate agent and a certified interior designer, I bring a perspective no other agent can. Whether you’re buying your next home, selling your current one, or looking at investment properties, I help you make smarter decisions.
The finishing touches are what make a house feel like a home. I source quality, customizable pieces from trade-only vendors you won’t find at big-box stores — furniture built to last, rugs with character, art that means something.
From custom drapery to curated furniture selections and full procurement management, I handle every detail from planning through delivery and installation.
Once construction begins, the design vision can drift — small decisions accumulate, and suddenly the finished space doesn’t look like what you planned. I prevent that.
As your on-site advocate, I attend key construction milestones, stay in close communication with your contractor, and solve problems in real time so the project stays true to the design from start to finish.
Building a custom home is one of the most complex things you’ll ever do. Without a designer guiding selections and coordinating with your builder, it’s easy to end up with a house that looks like a showroom floor instead of a home that feels like yours.
I work alongside your builder to make sure your home flows seamlessly from the exterior in — keeping every decision cohesive, minimizing overwhelm, and protecting the vision from groundbreak to move-in.
The kitchen and bathroom are the hardest-working rooms in your home — and the ones that matter most to buyers if you ever sell. I design functional, beautiful spaces by solving daily dilemmas, layout, storage, and workflow problems before construction begins.
From cabinetry design and material selection to fixture choices and contractor coordination, I manage every detail and stay involved through key construction milestones to make sure the vision holds
Remodeling is exciting — and overwhelming. I specialize in taking the chaos out of the process by solving the hard design problems before a single contractor sets foot in your home.
I prepare detailed design documents so you and your contractor are always on the same page, minimizing surprises and keeping your project moving forward. From spatial planning and contractor interviews to on-site oversight and final installation, I’m with you every step of the way.

Note that each project scope is unique - this process adapts to fit yours.
For items that we are procuring on your behalf, we will track and manage product fabrication and schedules. When the time is right, I coordinate deliveries, wallpaper installation, window treatment installation, and add the final touches that reflect your personality and how your family lives
I partner with your contractor to have a kick-off meeting and ensure your vision is executed throughout the construction process. With a background in construction, every detail is just as important to me, as it is to your contractor. I often attend site visits during construction milestones to aid in decision making and oversight of your design details.
With a clear direction in place, I develop cabinetry elevations, material and fixture selections and sometimes review these selections in a 3D environment. If furnishings are a part of your project, I specify furniture, rugs, art, accessories, and window treatments to continue to complete the story.
We redesign your space to meet your needs, goals and how you live your life in your home. This often includes creating drawings of your current space, proposed solutions and layouts, furniture layouts and notes for adjustments to walls, flooring transitions, mechanicals or electrical that could be made. We then review with you and come up with our final proposed strategy and design.
Every project begins with a discovery call — no commitment, no pressure. I want to understand your project story, your goals and your timeline. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a home visit to dig into the details. Once you’ve signed your Design Agreement, we’re officially underway.
