This custom outbuilding design brought a multi-functional dream space to life for clients transitioning to working from home. We drafted the shed structure, interior design detailing and handled all exterior and interior selections for this unique building that combines a working shed with a sophisticated lofted office and entertainment area. The industrial-style loft features a wet bar with a stunning full brick wall, metal floating shelves, and soapstone countertops that will beautifully patina over time. We designed flexible entertaining space perfect for clients, friends, or game day gatherings; plus a private office for focused work. A full bathroom with a custom tiled shower and sleek black metal-framed glass keeps the industrial aesthetic going strong. The showstopper? Sliding glass doors that can close off the loft for privacy or open it up to connect with the golf simulator and shed space below, creating one cohesive entertaining and work space. This multi-purpose outbuilding  proves that functional workshop space and upscale office design can absolutely coexist.

Calie helped us revive our dated 90's basement bar and entertainment area. After the first walkthrough, she presented us with her design plan.
